We have an extensive fleet of vehicles able to meet the requirements of all our customers including:

We are known for providing a range of uniquely tailored services to meet our customers varied logistical requirements, including our signature removable tray system (RTS), complex container pipe unloading, as well as the supply of equipment and staff for remote site locations.

Loose pipe racking

In conjunction with a key customer, Simmons Logistics designed and engineered loose pipe racking for safe storage of this product. These racks significantly assisted in better utilisation of our customers yard space.

Metal slides to container floors

Design and manufacture of metal slides to container floors to assist customers in the safe and efficient unloading of imported containerised pipe.

Loose pipe cage

Simmons Logistics designed and built a cage for the safe transportation of loose pipe for customer deliveries.

10 tonne all terrain forklift

Purchased a 10 tonne all terrain forklift to supply customers with a cost effective unloading option for customer site deliveries.

5 tonne all terrain forklift

Purchased a 5 tonne all terrain forklift to supply customers with a cost effective unloading option for customer site deliveries.

Coil containment racking

Designed, engineered, built and installed purpose built coil containment racking. This racking was specifically built to reduce any WH&S incidents in relation to large coil handling.

Purpose built forklift attachment spreader bar

Designed and engineered a purpose built forklift attachment spreader bar to assist unloading customers specific product requirements.

Modifying a 48’ drop deck trailer to have a crane fitted to the rear of the trailer

Designed and modified a 48’ drop deck trailer which has a crane fitted to the rear of the trailer. This design also has the crane as a self motored crane and does not rely on the prime mover to power the crane. This design also offers customers an additional drop deck trailer with self unloading ability.

Coil Containment and Transportation Cage

Simmons Logistics designed a Coil Containment and Transportation Cage. This cage specifically looks at the safe loading/unloading and transportation of larger coils.

Load Containment Bolsters

Trucks and Trailers have been set up with a bolster system to ensure the safety of customer loaders, Simmons Logistics drivers and end users by ensuring loads are contained safely onto the vehicle whilst loading, unloading and in transit.

Full Framed Coil Containment Trailers

Simmons Logistics have designed and built two trailers specifically for the safe loading and transportation of coils between customer pipeline sites.
